I am the girl that loves a physical challenge. I am the girl that loves to set PBs when it comes to fitness goals. I am the girl that has moved and been athletic since she was 11 years old. I am the girl that is so competitive, I would try to beat the instructor in a fitness class...but I am now the girl that is in a foreign body. I am a girl that is experiencing joint pain the minute I wake up. I am a girl, no I am a woman in her mid 30s that should be thriving and at her peak, I should be running marathons and not worrying about my bone density and how much of this is going to effect my body in a few years when I come off medication.
My body feels foreign to me but that's okays because I have never been a woman to shy away from a challenge.
