Adelaide Based and full time mum turned artist. Growing up in Adelaide, Lena was always a creative individual and hobbyist. 

After having her first son in 2016, Lena started pivoting away from her black, white and occasional navy career in-front of a screen in the Aviation industry and started to explore a life of dreaming in colour and creativity. She started painting and finding joy through exploring colour on canvas. 

Lena uses acrylic paint as her choice of medium and creates large scale abstract expressive works. She creates thick, texturally brush strokes that you want to reach out and touch. Standing close to her artworks provide your eyes with a labyrinth of sumptuous paint brushes, markings and swirls. It is a mind-field of hidden colours underneath the depths. She often pairs striking and contrasting colours together to provoke emotional responses when viewing her artwork from afar. Lena's inspiration comes from feelings experienced in colours and the day to day of being a full time mum to young boys.
